Macro Shipping Limited is proud to announce that we are ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System and ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System compliant certified. These certifications cover all our operations and functions including Shipping, Haulage, Clearing and Forwarding covering all our branches and offices and locations.
Macro Shipping has invested resources over the past years preparing for these certifications. Our motivation to obtain these certifications were driven by our desire to meet customer needs and to increase our customer satisfaction. We believe that these certifications are increasingly important to our customers in the industry we serve.
To become certified as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 compliant company, Macro Shipping underwent an extensive process of review and improvement to our processes and procedures, documentation. This process included setting measureable objectives and incorporating corrective and preventive actions and methods of monitoring customer satisfaction. All members of our staff are trained and updated on our processes and procedures and key staff are process owners who champion review and improvement, closing out all issues arising from the several internal audits. An extensive final audit was carried out in all our processes and branches from 21st to 24th August 2017 to enable our certification.
These ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications demonstrate that Macro Shipping has policies, processes and procedures in place to better meet our QHSE obligations and Customer requirements. With these, our customers and working partners can be confident that Macro Shipping is dedicated to providing the highest levels of quality and safety with the same high level of conduct in our business practices in achieving our ultimate goal of guaranteed customer satisfaction.
To maintain this certification, Macro Shipping will have an annual surveillance audit to ensure our QHSE Management System continue to meet the International Standards. As a result, customers, vendors and partners can be confident and assured that Macro Shipping will provide them with continually high quality service well into the future.
