In a vibrant display of teamwork and camaraderie, Macro Shipping Limited, Bayfield Oil Services, Zeal Environmental Technologies Limited and New Crystal Hospital Takoradi organised a Corporate Games on April,2023, bringing together employees and family members, for a day filled with fun, fitness, and friendly competition. Held at Ghana Secondary Technical High School Sports Complex, the event highlighted companies’ commitment to promoting a healthy work-life balance and fostering a strong corporate culture.

The Corporate Games featured a variety of sporting activities designed to engage participants of all fitness levels. Events included soccer, track and field races. In addition to traditional sports, the day also featured fun activities such as sack races, tug-of-war, and a corporate relay race, ensuring everyone had a chance to participate and enjoy.

Representatives of the various companies emphasised the importance of such events in the opening remarks. “We believe that a healthy and happy workforce is key to our success. The Corporate Games are an opportunity for us to come together outside of the office, strengthen our bonds, and celebrate our team spirit. It’s not just about competition; it’s about building relationships and promoting a culture of wellness.”

The event saw enthusiastic participation from all companies, forming teams and competing for the coveted Corporate Games Trophy. The soccer tournament was particularly intense, with Macro Shipping Limited team emerging victorious after a nail-biting final match.
